Exchange and return policy

As for custom-made clothes, all models and designs are sewn and executed after the customer completes the order. They are not ready-made clothes, so we do not have returns or exchanges after completing the order. We ask the customer to confirm the size and model before approving the order.


Regarding ready-made clothes, a return and exchange service is available according to the following conditions:

*If you are not satisfied with the product due to a defect that occurred to the product during the shipping process or you received a product different from what you ordered, all you have to do is contact customer service on the number: 0122874313 or send an email to the following email: [email protected]

*In the event of a return, the amount paid will be automatically returned to your account via a reverse bank transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product by the shipping company.

  • *Sama Thoby gives its valued customers a period of 48 hours (two days) from the date of receiving the order to exchange or return the products. No product can be exchanged or returned after this period has passed.
  • If the customer requests a modification to the size of the ready-made garment (modifying the length of the garment, width, etc.), we provide this service to him, and the garment cannot be returned or exchanged after that because it was modified according to the customer’s desire.
  • The garment must be clean and not altered or worn by the customer.
